A Project Passion

If I’ve ever had a project that I was truly passionate about, it was this one. I designed and we developed self-service channels that empowered customers to find the information they needed without requiring assistance from a Customer Care Agent. This initiative was driven by continuous research and iterative case studies, allowing us to push the boundaries of customer support. Beyond providing real-time order status updates, we leveraged conversational AI to enable seamless product discovery and purchasing, enhancing both efficiency and user experience.

This project lead to the company to file a patent. (Patent No.: US 11,514,493 B1)
